Returns

Returns are accepted within 2 " calendar" days of delivery.

Candles must be unused and in their original packaging.

You must start a return process within the 2 "calendar" days of delivery, email us at innergyuppers@gmail.com with your order number and details.
2. Refunds

once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email confirmation.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method 3 business days.
3. Deffective or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives as the wrong product or defective, please contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery. We'll replace or refund your order right away.

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear that your product got damaged during shipping! Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds for delivery-related issues. But don’t worry, we’ve got other cool options for you, like reward points, discounts, and more!

We only replace items if they arrive defective.

If custom or personalized candles are defective they may be applicable for exchange once an inspection has been done. ​​
