I. OUR CANDLES PRODUCTS​​ 

• Every candle is made with premium soy-paraffin wax blend and infused with aromatherapy- grade fragrance oils to support relaxation, mindfulness, and chakra alignment. Because each candle is handmade, slight variation in color, scent, or texture are natural- and part of what makes each piece unique.​

• We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on lighting or device settings.

II. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

• All orders are processed securely through our website at www. innergyuppers.com. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other listed payment options.​

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

• Just a heads-up, preorders might be needed if something’s running low! If you can’t find the product, give us a shout.

III. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We currently ship candle orders throughout the United States. Orders typically take 5-10 "calendar" days to process before shipping (depending on quantity, size, and custom orders).

• InnergyUppers is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

IV. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Because our candles are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. If your order arrives defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at innergyuppers@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund for defective items.

• We all hope our packages arrive safe and sound! Unfortunately, InnergyUppers LLC doesn’t offer refunds for any damage to your bundle of joy during delivery. But don’t worry, there are still some ways to make things right, like discounts on your next purchase, rewards points, and more!

V. CANDLE CARE AND SAFETY

• To enjoy your candle safely and fully, trim the wick to 1/4 inch every time you light your aromatherapy candle.​ 

• ​allow the wax to melt evenly to prevent tunneling.

• ​keep candles away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.

• never leave a burning candle unattended​

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All images, product descriptions, logos, and branding on www.innergyuppers.com are the property of InnergyUppers/ InnergyUppers LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of our content is prohibited without written consent. This includes any video content, promotion, advertising, and any related social networking.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnergyUppers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our products are intended for home fragrance, meditation, and relaxation use only.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled within jurisdiction of Florida.
